Ethernet over Power (EOP)
ISeeVideo Online's advanced design eliminates the need for time-consuming conventional camera wiring. This is all made possible using hi-res ethernet-over-power video cameras. Simply plug the camera into the provided EOP homeplug which plugs into any outlet, and the existing power lines in your home or business do the rest. With the EOP homeplug, the ISeeVideo Online system uses your existing power lines to transmit the camera's video signals to your modem via the included G-Box or via your existing router.
Easy Plug and Play Installs
iSee Video Online's system can install in your home or business, out of the box, in less than 30 minutes. To eliminate traditional camera wiring, ISeeVideo Online's EOP kits use two Homeplug ethernet-over-power modules. They simply plug into a standard electrical outlet, and use the existing power lines of a home or business to transmit the cameras’ video signals. One Homeplug is connected to the camera; likewise, a second EOP homeplug is connected to your existing modem via the include G-Box or via your existing router,(as seen in the diagram below). The G-Box automatically data-port forwards the video data for protected streaming through our secure site on the internet. Together the Homeplugs create a powerline network transmitting the video signals at up to 200 megabits per second. That's virtually the entire setup. Each camera comes dealer registered so online account setup is just as easy as installation. Setup your username and password on our dedicated site and your ready to view live feed.
Included 12 month server access
Reliable server access allows accounts to look-in on their premises
anytime, anywhere. The kit includes 12 months server access which
provides:
- Password-protected video, available for live, online viewing 24/7
- Access to the ISeeVideo Online's video server to view video stored in their personal
archive by triggered motion-detection events with time-/date-stamp.
- 50 MB of scalable storage per camera, allowing the archiving of
approximately (120) 10 second video clips per camera.
- Log in screen and account management tools
Clips include time-/date-stamp, and can be exported, to prevent being
routinely overwritten, by saving them to a PC as a Flash video file.

Advanced motion detection
Pixel-based motion detection with adjustable sensitivity can be used
to trigger the capture of video events. Motion is detected when the
system analyzes video of a specific area of interest and pixel changes
are detected. This feature can be
always on or scheduled to be on
at certain times of the day/night,
by the consumer. When
activated, an email alert can be sent to
the account automatically, to call
attention to the event in progress
and/or for archived review at a later
time.
To choose an area of interest in
which to detect motion and trigger
event recording:
- Select the area to monitor using a dynamic square target zone. (shown below)
- The zone can altered and chosen at any time, online
The image above demonstrates how the motion detection features of each camera are fully customizeable. As can be seen above, the yellow square on the right encompasses an area where an artificial plant is present. If you are receiving motion alerts, you would not want something like a plant moving to trip motion detection. Using the sophisticated target zone feature, you are able to set an area where you would not like motion detection to occur. If excluding that area is out of the question you can alter the sensativity in specific regions also.
